Hi, I’m Nicci Ellison!

I began my fitness journey at an extremely low point in my life.


I was a young mother of two, juggling two jobs and dealing with a partner who was an addict. I was going crazy and desperately needed a physical outlet for my stress. So I took on a third job to pay for a personal trainer to teach me how to properly lift weights and get into shape.


I worked with my trainer just three times a week, but it made a world of difference; I was stronger mentally and physically for myself and my girls, and the idea of becoming a single mother no longer scared me.


My personal trainer convinced me to compete on stage just 9 months into hiring her, where I took home first place in a bikini competition against 120 beautiful women and won my pro card.


After documenting my transformative journey on Facebook back in 2010, I realized my story was having a positive impact on women’s lives. 


Empowering myself made me want to empower other women by helping them become strong, confident and healthy - and so I decided to get my certification in personal training and nutrition. This became my passion and led to my personal training business growing into a full-blown gym - the Iron Empire.


Due to the positive effects fitness and healthy eating has on our minds and bodies, I wholeheartedly believe there is no other natural drug powerful enough for our mental health.

  • Why should I pay for an online program when I can find YouTube videos for free?

    Sure, you can watch a bunch of YouTube videos and see what happens. However, to obtain maximum results for your time invested, you really need to follow a structured program and sound nutrition plan that are specifically tailored to your goals and adjusted regularly to ensure you continue to make gains.


    Free YouTube videos do not come with the support and accountability that my program includes. Structured feedback and accountability ensure you remain on the right track and keep you motivated. On those days when you really don’t feel like going to the gym, you’ll have a caring community to hold you to your commitment.  


    Besides, how much time do you want to spend searching out the best YouTube videos? Finding the right programs can take days, weeks or even months of focused work. Frankly, you are much better off paying me to design your program for you and spending the time you save with family and friends and growing your business/career.

  • I've tried so many programs before and nothing has worked... how is this program different?

    Don’t worry, you’re not alone.  Many of my clients tried multiple programs without success before joining my program. That’s because not all fitness programs are created equal.     It’s not lack of motivation but rather lack of personalisation, accountability and proper goal setting. Once you begin using a program that is tailored to your personal needs and likes, you’ll find it much easier to follow on a consistent basis.


    If there’s something about your program you don’t like, you just need to let me know and we can adjust to accommodate, whether that be for an exercise you find difficult or don’t like, a food you absolutely hate or a time slot that doesn’t fit with your lifestyle.  This will help you continue to stay motivated and committed to your program.

  • Is this program for bulking or losing weight?

    This program will help you gain muscle, lose weight or both. All you need to do is tell me your fitness goals so I can design the appropriate program for you.

  • Is this program for men or women?

    This program is appropriate for both men and women. I customize the program based on gender, ability and experience.

  • How can I justify investing in your program?

    Yes, you’ll need to follow the nutritional plan I develop for you once you tell me about your food likes, dislikes, allergies, etc.

In this program, I’ll provide you with the right recipes that taste good and are designed for your desired goals. You'll be provided with a shopping list and shopping tips that will save you thousands in the long run. Eating healthy doesn’t have to be expensive.


  • Are there vegan meal plans available?

    Yes I provide vegan meal plans, gluten free, dairy free, and develop your meal plan based on your food preferences/ allergies.

  • How quickly will I see results?

    It depends on the individual, but most people start seeing (and feeling) results within the second week of the program. But real physical changes start to happen around the 4-week mark, which is when people around you really start to notice. By week 12 you’ll be amazed at the transformation you’ve achieved, provided you follow the program and put in the effort.

  • What if I don't see results?

    The only way you won’t see results is if you don’t put in the effort and/or are not consistent with your training and nutrition plan.  If you follow the steps outlined in this program you’ll make great progress. But if you aren’t willing to commit, then don’t bother joining my program.
